HONEY & SOUL YOGA

Nourishment through embodied prayer, scripture meditation and yoga

Move Freely,
Breathe Deeply,
Belong Fully

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

I want to find time to take care of myself but I am so busy and tired.

I need to release stress and focus on good things more.

I want to feel energized in my body and inspired in my soul.

I want a safe space to grow without pressure or competition.

A woman is standing at a reception or registration desk, looking at a clipboard or menu with paperwork. On the desk, there is a small vase with yellow pom-pom flowers, a framed sign titled 'Honey + Soul Yoga Payment Policy,' a black and white jar labeled 'thank you,' and a jar with a black lid. Nearby is a wicker chair.

Truth & Community (T&C)

Do you love to read but don't make the time? Do you love to discuss what you're learning or how you're growing but need a safe "opinion-free" space?

T&C was born to give space after yoga for 30-40 minutes (firm end time to honor everyone's time) to discuss what we experienced in class, how the reading challenged/inspired us, and learn from others by listening to the truth of their story.

Our next book starts the week of September 15-19

Feel free to pop in any time.

Next book is:

CLIENT LOVE

It is a fully embodied experience that enriches your life.

I have gone to yoga in Brooke’s garage for over a decade and it has become a safe haven for me. It is a sacred place for me to connect with myself, spirit, and others. Brooke has a gift for weaving spiritual depth and physical movement in a way that integrates into my life off the mat. She has created a supportive and loving community for newbies and yogis alike. Everyone is truly welcome. Time at the garage is so much more than just a workout class- it is a fully embodied experience that enriches your life.
