Gentle to moderate trails paired with guided meditations, mindful practices, and soulful pauses through a mini yoga session in nature.

No! Every hike will have a detailed description and level recommendation. In my experience, when we are surrounded by supportive people, we can go further than we think.

Every hike will have an individual “what to bring” list texted out to every participant beforehand.

Most hikes will not be suitable for children or pets because we hope to create space for individual reflection. But this may be different depending on the hike so feel free to ask.
